The Showcase is a place to meet new partners and form strategic connections. The showcase is not a product show or somewhere you need to bring a lot of materials.

Poster Display

Introduce a new company technology, product, or best practice in this complimentary poster display included with tabletop registration.

 

Register for the Poster Display in the PSTC Portal Online Store (login and existing showcase registration required). Poster information (Title & Summary) will be required before the event to participate, designated contacts will receive a link to submit that info closer to the event.

 

If you register for the poster display, and fail to participate, a $250 fee will be incurred (as PSTC has to pre-order poster boards).  

General Information:

 

• The boards are 4’ x 8’ horizontal.

 

• One side of the board per exhibitor.

 

• One large image or split up into two, three or four images – exhibitor’s choice. Exhibitor to bring their own material.

 

• Poster Display Set Up: Tuesday from 2:30-3:30pm in the Orlando I – II Foyer.

 

• Poster Take Down: Tuesday at 5:45pm following the conclusion of the reception.

 

• FedEx office in the Hilton serves as a business center for on-site printing. Please be mindful of their business hours when planning pick-up.

 

• Posters will be attached by the exhibitor with push pins provided by Willwork.

Private Meeting Rooms

Set aside a space for more in-depth conversations, internal meetings, or just a place to connect. Reserve your meeting space in the PSTC Portal Online Store (login and existing showcase registration required).

• Pricing: by the full day: $725 – $995

• Each meeting room can fit up to 14 people max (larger room quantities available upon request)

• Audio Visual will be at the exhibitor’s expense

• Food and Beverage will be at the exhibitor’s expense

If cancelling a meeting room by March 25, 2024, a $150 cancellation fee will apply, remaining refund will be processed within 30 days after the event. If cancelling after March 25, 2024, no refunds will be given.

Full payment in advance of the meeting is required.  No admittance to the meeting room onsite will be permitted without payment.  All attendees must be badged to access the meeting room.  You must be a registered exhibitor to rent.

SHOWCASE INVESTMENT

Willwork Global Event Services will serve as the official contractor for PSTC Tape Week 2024. You can order items that are not included with your booth purchase, such as signage, furniture, electric, using the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Please note that the deadline to receive discounted rates on your Exhibitor Services order is Friday, April 1, 2024.

  • Exhibitor Registration is paid in full
  • Current logo and description have been added in Showcase registration (“Update Exhibitor Information”)
  • On-Site Contacts (Exhibitor Personnel) have been designated with your registration, along with any important additional contacts: Marketing Contact, Exhibitor Billing Contact, or Company Off-Site Contacts (“Manage Exhibitor Contacts”)
  • Placed exhibitor services order before the discount deadline of April 1, 2024
  • Reserved onsite meeting rooms (additional fees apply)
  • Registered to participate in the Poster Display (included with Showcase fees)
  • Built out Whova app exhibitor profile (Designated contacts will receive a unique link in March to access)
