Registering for Tape Week
Tape Week is designed to let attendees get the most out of their experience by customizing their registration. When registering, attendees will select which badge based on what events and topics they would like to attend during Tape Week.
Before registering, view the schedule and compare it to the badge options to select the badge that most closely aligns with your Tape Week goals.
PLEASE NOTE: The spring leadership forum is now part of the general session.

This bundle includes access to all three tracks (Technical, Markets and Applications, & Sustainability Regulatory Impacting PSTC Track).
Track specific badge. Available to select the specific tracks you would like the opportunity to attend. Badge includes all public events.
Formerly known as the Spring Meeting Badge, includes access to the General Session, Members Only Reception, Poster Session and exhibitor showcase ONLY.
Includes access to the poster session. If you plan to attend other Tape Week offerings, you must register for the A La Carte badge instead.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ATTENDEES:
- There will be NO reallocations.
- Transfer of the same registration type within the company will be allowed through April 17th, 2026. Requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations must be in writing and will be accepted through April 17th, 2026, for a refund of 50% of the total cost of registration (excluding additional processing fees).
- No refunds or transfers will be issued after April 17th, 2026.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Preferred payment method is via ACH/wire or check. Banking details are included on invoices and remittance can be sent to info@pstc.org.
- Payment is required for attendance; registrations with balances due will not receive badges until full balance is paid.
