This special pre-conference event will take place prior to the PSTC Leadership Forum at the Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Your registration fee includes a complimentary copy of Gail Lowney Alofsin’s book. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to a charity on behalf of PSTC.

About Gail: Gail Lowney Alofsin is an international keynote speaker, author, educator, and trusted voice in leadership, mindset and personal growth. She is known for her ability to connect deeply, motivate authentically and leave people feeling energized and empowered.
Gail’s career has been centered on Sales, Marketing, Event Production, Corporate Sponsorship and Business Development. She has served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Rhode Island for over 25 years and is the President of Leadership at ALL Levels (Leadership Training & Professional Development.)

Panelists:
Antonia Chan is the Business Manager for BASF’s North American Adhesives business, where she leads a sales and marketing team serving PSA solutions for tapes, labels, graphics, lamination, and sound-dampening applications. Since joining BASF in 2013, she has held leadership roles spanning product management, strategic marketing, business development, and commercial leadership across six BASF divisions.
Over more than 15 years in the chemical industry, Antonia has held roles spanning regional and global organizations. Her leadership approach centers on continuous improvement, authentic leadership, and helping others reach their full potential. Beyond her business responsibilities, she has been actively involved in BASF’s Asian Business Community and professional development initiatives, supporting mentoring, career development, and employee growth. Antonia holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan.
Ky Daimo is the Vice President of Sales, North America, at Adhesives Research (AR), a global leader in specialty adhesive technologies for healthcare, electronics, and industrial applications.
With nearly 20 years of experience in pressure-sensitive adhesives and specialty tapes, she leads the commercial strategy across sales and marketing for the region.
Prior to joining AR, Ky spent close to two decades with Henkel Corporation, serving in progressively senior commercial leadership roles across strategic sales and key account management. She has driven business transformation, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable growth throughout her career.
Ky is known for her authentic, people-first leadership style and her ability to cultivate environments where individuals and teams thrive. She believes great leadership is about helping people realize their potential, raising the standard, and building something extraordinary together.
She recently relocated to Pennsylvania, home to AR’s headquarters, to begin an exciting new chapter both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Ky teaches Pilates, serves as a court-appointed advocate for children in foster care through CASA, and is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Cynthia Frost White is the President and CEO of Channeled Resources Group. Channeled Resources manufactures release liner and blank labels, as well as distributes pressure sensitive label stock. Cynthia has been with Channeled Resources since 1987, moving from sales, to sales management, President and CEO. CRG is headquartered in Chicago, with manufacturing plants in Wausau, WI, Toronto, Ontario, and Indianapolis, IN.
Before joining CRG, Cynthia worked for the Food Service and Lodging division of Procter and Gamble as a sales representative. She graduated from Kenyon College, with a BA in English and has her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Cynthia is active with the Tag and Label Manufacturing Industry (TLMI) where she has been on the board of directors as well as chairing the marketing and membership committees. She was awarded the supplier of the year in 2006.
