PSTC’s Fall Leadership Forum (formerly the Fall Member Business Meeting) brings industry stakeholders and partners together to work through challenges faced across the industry. This boutique, member-exclusive event is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow leaders at PSTC member companies. The 2024 forum is being held from November 11-12, at The Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC.

Sunday November 10th
Enjoy the Ballantyne Resort and the entertainment Center located on property Sunday before attending the Board of Directors hosted Welcome Reception.
Network with your industry colleagues as you enjoy light appetizers and Beer/Wine bar. The event will take place from 7:30 – 9:00pm to allow time for an evening fly-in.
Monday November 11th
PSTC will begin our program at Noon with a light general buffet lunch. Our speakers will include Gene Marks, PSTC Committee Updates and Industry Speakers. Our annual cornhole tournament will take place in the afternoon following our programming and conclude with our Meet & Greet Casual Buffet Dinner and open bar.
Tuesday, November 12th
Enjoy a light breakfast and coffee service as day of our programming takes place. Taylor St. Germaine will serve as our keynote speaker along with our vendor partner presentations. Programming will conclude around 11:30 where our annual golf event will take place. For those non-golfers, we invite you to take part in the following activities:
- Afternoon tea/lunch on property (advanced reservations required)
- Visit to the entrainment area on property (Walkable)
- Beer Gardens and Pickleball courts (approx. 15 to 20 minutes from property Uber suggested)
Closing dinner will take place that evening that includes an open bar.
