Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations in writing are accepted until October 17, 2025, for a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds after October 17, 2025.
  • Transfer of registration will be accepted until October 20, 2025. Must be made to another employee of the same company. No transfers will be accepted after October 20, 2025.
Spouse Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations in writing are accepted until October 17, 2025, for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds after October 17, 2025.
