Through focused education, professional development, and strategic networking, this program empowers the next generation of leaders in the pressure sensitive adhesive tape industry.

This initiative is designed to help early and mid-career professionals strengthen their leadership abilities, expand their networks, and gain insights that support long-term career growth.
