Outside carriers must be checked in with the Willwork Dock Supervisor at The Hilton Orlando by Wednesday, May 10 at 7:00 PM. Official re-route time is Wednesday, May 10 at 8:00 PM.

Innovative Poster Session |
Sign up to participate in the poster session when registering for your expo booth.
General Information:
The boards are 4’ x 8’ horizontal.
One side of the board per exhibitor.
One large image or split up into two, three or four images – exhibitor’s choice. Exhibitor to bring their own material.
Posters will be attached by the exhibitor with push pins provided by Willwork.

General Information:

• Pricing: By full day – $850 USD
• Meeting room requests will be accepted based upon availability through May 1, 2023.
• Each meeting room can fit up to 14 people max (larger room quantities available upon request)
• Audio Visual will be at the exhibitors’ expense
• Food and Beverage will be at the exhibitors’ expense
• If cancelling a meeting room by April 1, 2023, a $150 cancellation fee will apply, remaining refund will be processed within 30 days after the event.
• If cancelling after April 1, 2023, no refunds will be given.

Based upon availability, you will receive confirmation by email with further details and an invoice. Full payment in advance of the meeting is required. No admittance to the meeting room onsite will be permitted without payment. All attendees must be badged to access the meeting room. You must be an exhibitor to rent.
