Viper Tradeshow Services will serve as the official contractor for Tape Week 2025. You can view the full event details and order items that are not included with your booth purchase, such as signage, furniture, electric, using the Exhibitor Kit.
The deadline to receive discounted rates on your Exhibitor Services order is Friday, April 11th, 2025.
Install/Move-In: 12 PM to 5 PM on Tuesday, May 6th
Show Hours: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Wednesday, May 7th
Dismantle/Move-Out: 3:30 PM to 6 PM on Wednesday, May 7th

Introduce a new company technology, product, or best practice in this complimentary poster display included with tabletop registration.
Set Up: 8 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, May 6th
Take Down: 6 PM on Tuesday following the conclusion of the event
The boards are 4'x8' horizontal.
One side of the board per exhibitor.
One large image or split up into two, three or four images - exhibitor's choice. Exhibitor to bring their own material.
Posters will be attached by the exhibitor with push pins provided by exhibitor services.
If printing/picking up onsite, please make every effort to arrange in advance to ensure timely completion. If shipping with booth materials, clearly label the packaging with "Poster Display" to ensure it is set aside.
